HELP!!! Rb25det a/f leaning out

i have a a/f gauge hooked to my o2 sensor ( I know it sucks) but it says im running lean on boost and on idle it at the second notch from lean on stoech. when driving its off the charts lean and when i stop it stays off the charts lean but im thinking its electrical cause when i hit the brakes the a/f gauge light moves and when turning on fan it drops a notch on the gauge im not getting any sputtering or doesnt feel like its holding back
