idk if this helps but you can wire the MAFs in Parallel, so it will be like running one maf, well i know that works with a power fc, in which is just literally takes two readings and averages them out, the same with the 02 in the exhaust elbows. I might have a rb26 harness in my garage i will look i know i have a couple series 1 rb25, and 2 converted rb26 :(

have you tried this before? i'm pretty sure the MAFs are not averaged, because that will effectively cut the air flow in half. if you parallel the maf wires and just run one maf, the ecu will think you are flowing about twice as much air as you really are. there is probably a workaround with the scaling that you can do, but i do not think you can just parallel the wires together. o2 sensors can be paralleled because those are just a binary value.

i know 100% it works on power fc i did it personally. its in paulsr33 faq on sau, but like i said i am not sure if stock ecu will like it. the way he explained it was that maf is still a voltage and it just grabs the 2 voltage from the maf and averages and makes it one input basically.

if it has been done successfully and people are making good numbers with it (without adjusting the voltage vs. flow curve) then i stand corrected. again, it is possible i'm sure if you adjust for it in the air flow settings on pfc. but i find it very hard to believe that you can go from two z32 mafs for example down to one and just parallel the wires without changing anything.

in a standard 26 setup, each maf should only be seeing half of the air going into the engine. if you run one maf and parallel the signal without some divider circuit, you are telling the ecu that your motor is seeing twice the air that is actually going into the engine. doesn't matter if the signal is averaged.

so.. shrug. goes against my theory but if it works with no adjustments throughout the entire load range and not just for idling/putting around then i will really be surprised.

I've got a set around, I just upgraded to a lightning maf. Give'em to ya for fee, text me or PM me: 860-501-3461

Not much of a pig tail on one of the clips though, you'll just have to remove the wire connectors from inside the clip and solder them on that way. Easily done!

P.S. What happened to the originals?

hey julio, the reason the harness has no clips is the guy i got the harness from had z32s and he snipped them to sell with his mafs.

thus me looking for these clips...

clips on the way. I sent them out saturday through UPS. I would normally go USPS due to costs and better shipment times, but the best I could have done was tuesday for $44. I ended up shipping it ground for $13, should be there by Thursday. UPS is a rip off!
