help/questions on hicas emlination

i'm currently new to the nissan scene but i've been on this forum for a few months. i recently purchased a 91 240sx se with the words SUPER HICAS painted on the sides. since i'm going to drift my car, i decided to get rid of the extra pounds. i looked at the kazama stopper bar but i'm not sure on how to correctly install it on the rear end. i looked everywhere for a how-to but no luck. i just see people doing it and before and after pics.

the bar has two ends where something is supposed to screw into right? am i supposed to use the old tie rod ends that comes from the rear rack? am i supposed to buy new ones that arent called tie rods but something else??
