help question!!

i checked the wires that are connected to my radio and i found a hanging wire from da factory harness. the wire is a red and yellow wire. so my question is, what is dis wire for and i was wondering where its suppose to be connected? can anyone help me with dis?? cause im trying to figure out y my dash lights dunt work. so wut i was thinkin... wut if dat red and yellow wire is connected to my tcu and need to be plugged. or i dunt know. can anyone help me with dis one? thanks nico.
