HELP! Question about the Cluster GAUGE!

I got these reverse E.L Gauges from ebay...(i got a 1995 nissan 240sx) i put them over my existing gauge face..and now ever time i accerlate it would kinda skip up..not go smoothly..i mean my tachometer is fine..but the speedometer skips while i accerlate..or when i slow down..whats the deal? anyone help? is it because of he gauges? it fits perfectly! what wrong? help..lol

you didn't indstallt hem corectly.... what is going on is that the gauge face is too thick and the needle is getting caugt on it... but since the needle is forced up and down it won't get stuck at one point and it it not that bad so it gets stuck momentarily adn then get;s unstuck.... try taking them out and re installing them..... put some beads of glue underneath the faces to keep them in place and/or keep them flat so the needles don't get stuck...

I have the same guages as you...my temp needle gets stuck and so does my gas.. but not that big of a deal.... I re did them adn they are fine now
