HELP! Q45 won't start

Looking for some quick help for my 2002 Q45.

I just got home, turned it off and the fog lights are still on.

My electronic key will not work (doesn't turn).

I tried disconnecting the battery to "re-boot" it, but it's still stuck.

I tried my spare electronic key as well and no luck.

Any ideas? my lights are still on and the battery is going to drain soon

I've been too busy to get the Q to the shop, but I got an e-mail from the dealer that says, "IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A BAD RELAY TRY REMOVING THE FUSE FOR THE FOG LIGHTS AND JUMP START"

So my obvious question is...where are the fuses for the fog lights?
