Help Q45 idle ok in park but really rough in drive

Just bought a 94 q45 that seems to idle low in drive and shakes . In park runs pretty smooth can push pedal and smooth up to 2000 but in drive idle drops to 500 shakes when i aply the gas and try to bring up the idle to 1000 it shakes pretty bad but in park doing the samething engine is smooth any help

Any maintenance history (Infiniti dealer service history or other receipts)? Condition report? Mileage?

Try searching intake plenum cleaning, IAC valve cleaning and EGR valve cleaning.

Then you can go to BG44K and fuel rail flush.

USe the local serach, not the Google one. Lots of information here, but we need yours also to help. Multiple problems are especially difficutl to diagnose by a text description.
