What's up Nico!Of course the noobies have to introduce themselves,so let me do that..Just picked up my first z32 not too long ago,so I'm new to the car and this awesome forum!!It's currently at 214,xxx.Not sure exactly what to do just yet,as in mods/deletes.Any suggestions?? But anyways, let me get to the main point...I've decided to give it a new timing belt/tensioner/cam and crank seals,it seems I can't quite get the crank sprocket removed!I've heard about cutting it,but just curious if there's ANY other way..Everything helps! :wtf2:

Use gratuitous amounts of PB Blaster and soak the sprocket. See if you can get a sprocket puller to get it off. If not the only way is to cut it. but cut it without damaging the crank. Otherwise the crank will have to be resurfaced or replaced. Good luck. Mine's stuck on the engine of mine that blew and I've tried everything from hammers and screwdrivers to crowbars. A lot of times they have to be just cut.

When I did my build I had to cut it almost all the way through and then split it with a punch.
