I have a 91 240sx w/ SR20DET, I bought the car about 3 years ago in Virginia and moved back to Indiana about 2 years ago. The climate change caused it to run a bit rougher but no big problems. I am now selling the car and today during a test drive it was running great. After doing a few runs up and down the road with a potential buyer it started pulsing and stuttering at 3500 rpm and becomes un-drivable past 4k rpm in that gear. It happens in every gear also. I assumed it was some kind of vaccuum problem but I really dont know much about turbocharged vehicles. Through research on the forums I have gathered that it is probably either a vaccuum problem, my MAF sensor, my fuel pump/filter, or my spark plugs/ coil pack wiring. Any input would be great cause I have no clue what is going on.
