Hi I posted about my IAC a couple of days ago I was told to look for a loose connetion and clean it up with elctric spray cleaner. I did that I got a new IAC just in case the middle in my old one looked like it melted a little piece of the sensor over time causing a air block but the new one looks really clean and doesnt have that little melted looking thing. Im gonna go put it on and see what happens but I still want to know about these wire what do they do some have like little yellow lights on them and one is all alone and its yellow/red. Thanks

The red and green wires that are taped off are the original injector wires that are no longer in use after the fuel injector service campaign is performed. Make sure they aren't grounded or you're liable to fry your ECU.

The yellow with green stripe is for something else.

Grounding kits are dumb. They don't do anything except lighten your wallet. A new negative ground wire from the dealership probably cost less than that stupid thing.

And what the hell is up with all the damn red wires under your hood running along the firewall?

I got some extra goodies in the trunk AudioBahn woofers, subs and some Flat panel Tvs I know your gonna love that lol. putting it all together with carbon fiber and fiberglass. I do have a black car tubing that you buy from auto zone it usully is there to make everything look neater. I love the ground kit dont really do anything but it perty. lol

sorry to jump in on someone else's post but I'm trying to get a hold of the moderator evildky because I have questions about the set up that you posted (the red one in this thread). I tried messaging you but it won't work. I just picked up a 1984 300zx turbo and some kid hacked a bunch of crap. egr and ficd have all been deleted. it will not fire up for like 10 minutes and wont hold idle. looking for ideas/help

You found me. Most likely you'll either need to put it all back on, swap to a stand alone or learn to adjust your tb every time the weather changes.
