Maybe you need a new clutch

it cant be the clutch if it was the clutch then it would actually be easier to drive. have you tried checking the wiring from the transmission to the harness the switch can have a similiar affect on the car if its not connected properly. the sensor basically checks to see if the car is in neutral or not and if that sensor is shot then it wont let you start then car.

Reset the TPS per the instructions of the FSM. A leaking brake booster or stuck check valve to the booster will create stalling.
