HELP!!! problem startin my 240

when i try cranking over i can hear the started clicking rapidly. i tried jumping the car with no success. does this mean i need a new starter? how difficult is the installing procedure for a new starter? special tool? please and thank you

Hmm, clicking is usually a dead battery, check the connections? Mine came loose all the time after my battery cought fire. Sorry dont know much about the starters on these cars.

thanks it was the connection. horribly corroded
