HELP, Power FC idle setup

Hi, I just got an Apex Power FC and i installed it in my s13w/ redtop sr. I can't seem to get the idle to stabilize upon initial startup. The manual say run vehicle for 10min, then 10 min with AC on, then 10 min with demister on. Then I should be good to go. Problem is I have no AC or Demister to help stabilize my idle.I tried using other loads to stalize instead but as soon as I turned the car off then restarted the car it would die quickly and not allow me to rev it up! I re-initialized after my failed attempt and re-tried but no luck!

Also the only thing I did to the PFC before initial startup is turned off the boost control setting and set the airflow meter for 80mm VG30.

Any ideas on what i can do?????Thanks to anyone willing to help!
