Help Plz!! ' 89 Maxima, Wire Colors

I just bought a new BOSS 2680r Head Unit. for my 1989 maxima

I want install the deck, but the connecting harness is gone. What wires go where. What colors mean what. I especially need to know the improtand ones. Like what is the inigition wire?

Boss?? aww comn man j/kWhich wires do you need? Do you need speaker wires too?This is for the BOSE:BR/W=Constant 12vY/G=ignitionG/Y=power antenna or amp turn on.I believe I had to make my own ground.
