Help please valve

I pulled my head off and found that a valve exhasut one was bent.... would that cause the noise of the ticking... thanks for any help

I'll assume you're talking about a KA24DE motor, if so, the answer is yes. A bent valve will increase the valve lifter clearance, thus creating more noise.
