Help please. turbo trouble?

ok, i have a sr20det. i had the stock t25. i drove from SC to memphis and back. on the way back i pulled in the gas station, turned car off and i thought the turbo seized. so i towed my car all the way home.now, ive replaced the turbo with a gt2871rbb. still doing the same thing. its got crazy power loss, but it runs fine. seems like its not boosting for some reason. its not totally weak, but it takes a good minute to hit full boost, and the BoV doesnt "chirp" like it used to. also, i cant really feel a powerband.

Did you even get injectors or a tune?

yes, i did get bigger injectors and a tune, but the problem started before all of that, and i have no idea, im going to try coilpacks. one of the went bad in memphis, and i replaced it. im thinking maybe it half died or something. its like you can barely feel the car spooling up. but it seems like its not making the power to get the boost building.

ive tried searching other threads, but i cant seem to find a problem similar.

vac is 15 @ idle

15 is a little low. Most are 19 - 20Do you have bigger cams?

no, stock cams, i have to kill it to actually hit the 7psi the WG is set at.
