HELP PLEASE!!!

i have a 1995 nissan 240sx with an rb25det swap in it. the car was tuned by an safcll i just replaced the battery, and i think it lost all the memory! the car started at first but ran choppy. so i turned it off and now it wont start again. is there a base line or something i can go off of to get it to run again. to make it worse the car is sold and he was here from out of town to pick it up. i have til tommorow to ge it running again. please help if possible.
