Install the Head per the FSM. Before installing the Timing Chain set the Cam etc at #1 TDC. The following Tech Article covers the Timing chain on the KA24E motor pretty well.

Use care when installing the oil pump (you are useing a new one right?) It is very easy to have it off by a tooth. Not the end of the world but a PIA to re-do to get it right.
