Help Please...

First off let me thank anyone that can give me any help. Heres my story, a couple of months ago i bought a fairnly nicw 1995240sx se and i got to drive for about a month and then i come to find out that (possibly my car was run out of oil before) and i spun a rod bearing in cyl. #1 and it completely desentagrated (sp) causing #2 rod bearing to wear down. So im in a bind and need help. one of my friends brothers is a new 240 (drunk driver hit his other one save that for later) and has a CA on order and he tells me that i can have his engine and transmission if i pull it out myself. so i'm like Sweet but know i need to know will a i believe it to be a 92 or 93 KA bolt right up to me 95's engine bay and transmission (getting a free man. transmission but the one in my 240 now is auto so cant go in quite yet)? i greatly appreciate all the help that you can give.

wait, is his car a auto or 5sp?

his is a 5spd. also if anyone knows of someone with i 95 KA for sale i have the money right now to buy one. if anyone could help me i really want my baby back running again.
