i think pdm sells a kit with everything you need for a front 300zx brake conversion, its like a grand though, also youll have to get 5 lug wheels, thats about all i know, but no one else was even giving you a clue.

Here and i dont think the brakes will fit behind any wheel smaller than a 17, or is it 16, im not sure.

You can get some remanufactured calipers from a place like Autozone . They'll be affordable and perfectly fine to use. Rumor has it that they'll refund your core charge if you give them your old 240SX calipers, but this would be errr... unethical. You'll have to decide if you want to get the 26mm or 30mm calipers.

There's lots of good info here...

You can get fresh rotors and pads from Tire Rack.

You'll also need some new brake lines. Do *not* use your rubber 240SX lines with your new calipers. You need some custom lines that will properly fit your shiny new (remanufactured) calipers. Try PDM Racing or [URL=http:// Project Silvia for those.

The Importnut site linked above should list the tools you need and any other minor OE parts you'll need. Don't forget to get some good brake fluid.

You may also want to read a bit about the Master Cylinder swap. Not required, but those who've done seem pleased with the results.
