Help please

hey guys im sure u all have heard this issue, but ive been searchin and searching for hours on google and all these foruns, im installing an rb20det into my 97 240sx, and im wicked confused with all the wiring, i would like to know a few things, if u guys could help me, do u need to wire anything form the rb harness to the ka fuse box? because they sent me a harness with a few cut wires, wich is the first few wires that mak that first turn lol , sorry im not a too good explaining this.. its the ones right after the main blue plug, theres like 2 brown wires and like 10 other ones, i would like to know wat are those wires are for .. i would really appritiate your help.. thankx
