hey.. i'm new here.and a firs time owner of a z.i just got a 1990 non turbo with 70K miles on it. which i think is pritty good for a car that old. now i'm saving up money to do some mods on it... i wanna get to know my new baby , maybe even do some simple istalations myself.. though i'm definately not a michenic.lucky me the cluch went out on me just a couple days ago, so i get to put a new one in i was looking at stillen cluches, but honestly i don't know **** about them yet, are they even good? is there anything eals out there and i just don't know about it? i'm planing in boosting the hourse power too, in the future, to about 300 maybe 350 hp... maybe more . so i want to put a cluch that could handle the kinds of preashure that would create.

thanks for your time... any help os apritiated!!!

Welcome to NICO!

Go with either ACT or RPS for clutches.

competition clutches, and if the car need sthe OE clutch replaced at 70k someone has been riding the clutch, and if any of your planned mods include removing the motor (such as a TT swap) you should wait to do the clutch then if at all possible, no sence pulling the engine/trans apart more than you have to

Pick a clutch that suits your driving habits. But whatever you decide, also think about preventative maintenence such as the rear main seal and O2 sensors since they will be in there any way. Also think about a new flywheel if you need it.
