I was breaking in my turbo the about a week ago now, just driving around. I was on the interstate and some how the for bolts holding the downpipe on the exhaust came off and the turbo melted the o2 sensor wiring and boost gauge line. i managed to get more bolts and get it back to my friends house. I got the exhaust back on and wraped the o2 wiring with more electrical tape. i started it up the next day but i was miss firing on number 3 and also getting a egr solenoid valve code and o2 sensor code. The next day i make sure the spark is still good and switched the injectors and spark plugs on #2 and #3 to see if it was either of those. When i went to start the engine then i think both #2 and #3 were missfiring. also it was just throwing a ton of gas out of my exhaust probably about a couple cup fulls of gas.

my set up is 95 ka24det, jwt ecu, 490cc injectors, t3/t4 turbo, greddy bov, peakboost manifold, custom 3 in downpipe, z32 maf, jgy intercooler, walbro fuel pump

Sounds like there's potentially some heat damage to other wiring that you might have missed.

I think it would be wise to inspect every harness connection and the wires leading to them, beginning nearest the turbocharger. Work your way out from there.

Let us know what you find.

How did 4 bolts work themselves loose? Anyhow GL and I agree with KATwo40, check the wiring again.
