I completed my swap not to long ago and noticed today my SR is only getting about 10 miles to the gallon. I'm not driving hard either..

My red top is stock, my stock BOV isn't being recirculated. ( need to buy the hose ) Could this be a reason why? Also my car use to keep dieing out at idle... I turned the idler up a lil and fixed it from dieing out, so now it feels like it wants to die but doesn't. I'm running a straight pipe 3 inch exhaust with no muffler or cat. I know it is suppose to be smoggy but jeezz.... I have black smoke like a mofo, also the exhaust fumes are "wet" when you place your hand behind the exhaust. Friends tell me I shoot fireballs from time to time. My 240sx feels faster than my late 350z ( feels faster...) but damn 10MPG? Can anymore offer some advice /tips?? thx

If the stock bov are the same as other stock turbocharge such as the evo and dsm, they must recirculated at all time. The bov stay open all the time and only stay closed when it starts to see --10 hg and boost. I should know, I'm running a stock evo bov.

What BOV are you using? And, have you checked the usual suspects that cause a rich condition?
