Coolant age and PH?

OEM new or after market radiator?

Water pump age?

Is the coolant and overflow tank full?

Thermostats go out too and they're cheap, did you try that?

KA's are a pain to bleed air from.
Have you bled your coolant on an incline?

well ask i type the water pump is out, waitting for it to dry off b 4 i put the new one in. i replaced the thermo, temp sensor, fan relay, plan on flushing it and bleeding it on wheel ramps after the water pump. when i bleed it should there be any air bubbles coming out of the 10mm bolt bleeder? like ZERO? ph will be set up for a bit on the cool side since i live in wisconsin. the rad was just an oem - cant get the one i want yet till i get the turbo. no oil in the rad fluid and no rad fluid in the oil,nor is there any white smoke. yes the tank and rad are full of fluid......will post after i put in the new water pump and bleed it on an incline. Thanks for the ideas!!!!!!!

Damn man that really blows they gave you the wrong one. Hope it ends up fixing it.

Also i dont know what you mean about the bleeder bolt or whatever when i replaced my thermo/water pump i just left the radiator cap off and waited for the bubbles, squeezing the hoses and parking on an incline. Took like 15 mins before it stopped bubbling. Stopped overheating though.

just put in the new water pump, and......................fack!!!!! still over heating!!!!!!!! i also ran and got a new cap with out any luck. im about to go and take it to a shop and get it up the... god dam man, i did notice that when it overheated and i pulled over to look at the eletric and it wasnt going. i replaced the relay for it also, and that dam temp sensor. i didnt see any air bubbles coming up. i did have the car jacked up, and didnt see any air bubbles. will try again 2marrowd to bleed it. when i took the rad cap off there was sucktion to it...... isnt there going to be pressure instead of sucktion? no leaks, ph is good and ive tried eveything ive read and was told to do. thanks for the help... when you take your rad cap off, how big is the flow? I see a very very slow flow, and it isnt constant. It will push and then stop, push and then stop. not really swooshing in thered. Belts are tight, well i have about 1/4in play in it, belts arnt sqeeking. im just lost.... dam car needs to take a sidways slide off a cliff!

Because tech threads don't belong here. THAT'S WHY. :poke:
