I just observed my headlights wouldn't go off after turning off the engine and doors locked. I saw somewhere in the manual where they said the lamps will be on for a period of about 5mins if on Auto. I don't know if I mistakenly engaged the auto function but I need them to remain off right now, else they will run my battery flat. Help please!!!

This thread cannot be real?!? Nonetheless, are your headlights still on? Just stop by your local dealership or read your owner's manual to learn how your headlights operate.
