hi guysi have a big problem with my infiniti qx56 (december 2007)

i bought it 2 months ago, lost the keys while travelling , then ordered on-line new couple of keys.

1 week ago now i was on my way to home the car stopped, and refused to move.

IT STARTS BUT DOESN'T MOVE.

could anyone help me with this.what's the problem? how to solve it?

a friend of mine told me that '' the entire system f***ed up, you need a code to reprogram it''is that right? if yes, what's the code or how to get it? thanks for help.

Its the keys, the keys that are OEM are the immobilizer keys. If it doesnt sense the "chip" inside of it your car isnt going anywhere. Go to a dealer.

If it starts but won't move, My guess would be that the transmission is not engaging with the motor or the transmission is shot..I don't know how the immobilizer works but I would think that the car would not start at all if that was the problem.

This just happened to my 04 QX56. It was working normally then one morning it won't move. Did you get the problem fixed and what resolved the issue?
