Help please just put motor in

Ok i put a ka24de in that i pieced together ran decent for a about a minute till i realized the idler pulley was going to fall of at anytime but that wasn't my fault it was the people i got the head from they stripped it. So i pulled that motor out and slapped my other head with 65k on a fresh bottom end used the same intake Mani everything but enough with that im not getting fuel or spark now but i was like a day ago could my ecu just have gone like that

Check your head grounds. Thay function the fuel relay and the coil/ignitor

o ok will do makes sense cause i actually think i didnt tighten lose all the way

thanks for the help she fired right up i just finger tightened the grounds never actually tightened them and that did it
