Hey all,The front passenger side is giving issues. This part right here.

The problem is the black part where the screwdriver is inserted has partially broken off. What are my options? Can this be repaired/replaced/modified?

Kinda tough without being able to actually see it... I'd try and create another slot in it. If that doesn't work, call KYB.

Do you think it will make that much of a difference anyway?

Aww, mine just did the same thing yesterday. Im going to try and glue a piece of metal to it since its stripped, and try turning it that way. I was adjusting it all the way to soft for fun, and it stripped on the passenger side.

If anybody has a better idea, let me know.

I might consider that a defect, unless your trying to put a #4 screwdriver in there to adjust. I might see if they could be warranteed. If not, they arent that expensive if its only one replace that, and then buy a screwdriver that is suitable for adjusting them.

True, but do I have the 800 to buy them is the problem...

I mean Id love to get coils, but its just not a solution I can take at the moment. Id rather get real wheels and tires first, instead of steelys and g20's/

don't mean to break here but by the tme you get the wheels, you will want to switch to coilovers. you put a bigger and wider wheel, your car will sit higher and have a bigger gap.

Did you see how low his car is in his sig. Everyone swears by coils, but, what I can say about my car and my eibach and AGX combo, is that it rides a hell of alot smoother with the springs then the coils. He is in the weeds with the springs, and with some nice wheels, ya, there will be a slight bit more gap and no height adjustment, but your ride is smoother. Not everyone wants to slam the balls out of their car. Not to mention that for a DD. There is no need for 36 way adjustability and a 3 1/2 inch drop. Thats just not practical for a DD.

I have the AGX combo with sportlines springs. it does ride smoother. but I am switching to coils not to slam because I got tired of it.
