Help please...How to remove front grill?

Hi,

I am new to this site and just registered a couple hours ago...

I have a nissan skyline 350gt a.k.a infiniti... its a sky blue colour...

wel.. i tried to take out the front grill... and i cant take it out.. there seems to be something stopping it from coming out from the right and left side near the headlights... do i have to take off the front bumper to take out the grill?

and also... if i want to install HIDs to my car... do i have to take off the front bumper and two front tyres?
