Okay, i got the dual projection headlight. But I need to open them to get inside of them to fix something.

How do i do this. I heard I can bake the headlights in my oven to remove the seal(like the honda crowd does, but there's are plastic instead of glass). what temp do i bake them at? how long? etc.

Please someone help me, i need to fix them asap so i can start driving my car.

Thanks

your headlight bulbs are inserted through the rear of the light assembly. why would you want to seperate the glass. unless you have an older car the whole glass section is the bulb. no year or trim level posted so hard to tell what your workin on.

I have to remove because the Little Yellow Cover the goes over one of the bulbs came off, and i can't reach it from the back to put it back in so i have to remove the whole glass.

Any suggestions????

I have seen on a couple of different honda websites where guys have used heat-dryers to heat the seal and then pry the headlight housing apart with a screwdriver. If you are baking it, I wouldn't go all out on it. I'm sure ~180 to 200 for a little while would at least give you a chance to monitor the progress.

if it's using some kind of sealant, you could use a blower dryer or something within the same range of heat to melt the sealant. i did that to the civic headlights so i could do black housing.
