I have a 95 240sx I rolled down the windows and now the none of the lights work except high beams and brakes lights. I have replaced the all fuses, I replaced the light control stalk, and redone all the grounds. I also got the alternator check that is fine. So I don't know whats wrong.

Double check fuses, one could have popped right when you put it in indicating you have a short somewhere. Also try searching very hard.
