Hey all,The front passenger side is giving issues.This part right here.

The problem is the black part where the screwdriver is inserted has partially broken off.

It is stuck in the #4 position while the other side is in #1

What are my options?Can this be repaired/replaced/modified?

can't you just pull the plastic tab off and adjust it with a flathead?

and dont forget to push down while turning the dial. if you can, get a cover for them so they arent exposed to water and all that jizz.
