Switch intake and exhaust manifolds. That will take care of the OBD stuff, and all the harness plugs will be used. The 98 transmission has a crank angle sensor which won't be hooked up. I just did a 95 KA swap into my 92, so it really isn't alot of trouble. You do not need to change the wiring harness. 1fastka is not speaking from experience. I am not entirely sure if the distributor will work with the single row cam gear though. that might be a little tricky.
edit: I am looking at the FSM, and it seems like the distributor would work no problem. The idler pulley looks to be the same in both motors.
