I think biosehnsucht covered it all, but you can save your self a headache and remove all these vaccum lines out and hook them directly to the intake.(including the metal vacuum lines which go between the intake port runners) less weight lol
The first picture is the vaccum line to your turbo, you will find a vaccum nipple on the turbo housing, T connect it to the vaccum hose on the waste gate acctuator and then hook it up to the vaccum metal line in picture # 1.Trace that metal line and on the other end, hook it to the vaccum line on the side of the intake, a bit bigger in size on the side of the intake.
T- connect your fpr (fuel pressure regulator) and the secondary throttle body regulator together and hook them to the small 90 degree bent nipple on the back of the intake(the fpr and the secondary throttle body are located on the back side of th engine between the back of the intake and the intake camshaft valve cover, they are shiny gold color with a nipple on each).
Picture number 4, that hose you need to run it right after the maf, it is for your cold air regulator, go to home depot and buy yourself a T connector from the plumming department with the same size and tap in right after the maf, if you have the hose that hooks onto the maf and goes to teh turbo, there should be a hole there already.
picture # 5, it suppose to go to the boost selanoid but you can illiminate it by hooking the turbo lines as I mentioned above.
picture # 6, you have to run a hose from there to the intake camshaft valve cover in picture # 7
also, in picture # 7, on the exhaust camshaft cover that 90 degree bent pipe, you need to T connect it to the right after the maf with the hose that you T - connected earlier from the cold air regulator ( so buy yourself two T - connectors from home depot)
Also, on the back of the intake, there should be a bigger 90 degree bent line which you should hook it up to your brake booster.
I hope you find this info helpfull.
Good luck,PULSAR GTRRafi
