So i saw those cecil flush mount headlights for sale and deffinantly dont have 700+ to burn on them. So i got to looking at them and realized i and some friends may be able to make my own.

So i started doing some foot work and see most internal lights go for around100-150USD. And shrouds are only like 30 dollars.

ballisters are cheap and bulbs arent too much.

So i guess what im really asking is, how would i go about making or finding a maker for the housings and the cover lenses?

Basiclly thats the design im going for. If anyone has any ideas how to go about making the housings or atleast where to go please let me know.

The covers are probably just plexi-glass. You can probably warm some up and bend it to get the shape that you want. Easiest way to make the backside is probably going to be with fiberglass. I can't seem to find any good links at the moment, but if you find one for building a dash gauge pod, it would be pretty much the opposite of that.
