hi all,

I'm looking at Niche Verona M149 wheels for my 2012 M37x, I'm not sure if this would clear the front of our cars. Everything is bone stock on the car so I'm looking for some expert opinions on this since I can't find much information on it. The particular one I'm looking is 20x10.5 with +30 offset, I'm thinking 275/35/20 tires square set up and It looks like it fits on paper when I checked on http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

any help is appreciated!

I don't think those specs will look good on stock height. Once lowered, you will create a bit of negative camber (due to load) which will help tuck the wheels in more. If you run those specs, your car will look 4x4.

I was back and forth with this same dilema. I ended up lowering my 2012 M37x using RS*R Drop springs (they are made specifically for the AWD versions). My MRR HR9 20x9.5 +38ET wheels should be here any day. I will be using 275/35r20 Michelin AS3+ for the tires. Our cars look like a 4x4 from the factory and the RS*R springs lower the car to 1/2 below the stock M37s ride height. If you want to wait a couple days, i will post some pics of my car with the new wheels as soon as i get them installed and take some more measurements.
As far as going with a 20x10.5 wide rim with a +30ET using a stock suspension...? It will be outside the fender by a little less than 1/2". I have taken a lot of measurements of the wheel spacing in the front with the stock suspension and 10.5 won't fit under the fender especially with a +30ET. You won't rub with the stock 4x4 like suspension but, the wheels WILL stick out a little.
Now if you went with a +35ET, it would just barely stick out from the top of the fender. But, you will still see a lot of the tire from half way down if you are looking at the car standing in front of it.
If you lower the car, you could fit the +30ET wheels but, you WILL HAVE to run some negative camber to make them fit. Also something you might want to think about is how that 275/35 tire is going to look on that rim. It will look stretched. 275/35 in my opinion look a lot better on a 9.5" wheel. If you are set on running with a 10 to 10.5 wide wheel, you really should look for a 285/35 tire. it won't look so stretched.
