help on warning light

i have a light that comes on some times that looks like a pipe with a bubble and swiggles coming off it. It comes on whenever i go to start my car and it wont let me so i have to roll start it. does anyone know what it is?

And noticed in ur profile, 180sx ca18det... when did this warning light start coming up? ever since u put in the CA? or recently?
