help on unremovable grime on wheels

i've used some wheels cleaning product and it seems as though the grime is caked onto the wheels...i was thinking about sending it out to sand blast but i dont want to waste time/ im broke aha....i got these used fresh off the boat from japan and i think its maybe dirt/salt water....any help is appreciated

Eagle One has a few kinds of wheel cleaners, up to and including acid for uncoated wheels. See if any of your friends have a pressure washer, or take them to a shop that has a steam cleaner.What, are they selling wheels reclaimed from the ocean floor now?

the mr clean magic eraser got a lot of crap off my wheels. it really works good on gettin stuff off rims

that looks alot like brake dust. wonder how long its been on those sar3's
