Help on Turbo Rebuild - S13 Red Top SR T25

I've managed to remove 2 of the 3 T15 torx bolts that keeps the thrust collar in place. Now, I can't seem to remove the last bolt and it is now stripped a bit. I've PB blasted the bolt and have let it set for a couple of hours.

Got any way I can get this bolt out? Heh, heh, I never thought that a turbo rebuild would be so troublesome but fun and educational.

Just got a rotary tool and bit set from my dad. Gonna slot the head and use a punch to get it out!
