Help on staggered wheel fitment for s14 95 SE rim specs in post

Ok, I am looking at a set of rims online, but once i buy them, i am stuck with them, so i am trying to figure out if they will fit before ordering them. these are going on my 95 240sx se. The suspension is basically stock(kyb struts, stock springs) for now. I also have r32 gts-t front brake upgrade. the rims areFront 18x9 offset +12Rear 18x10 offset +30

Do these sizes appear to be a good fit?? My vehicle is listed on their fitment chart, but i am no wheel wizard, and they are non returnable. Thanks!!
