HELP on S13 hatch pop up headlights

so I'm trying to help this guy out, he's having a hard time referencing english phrases, so its pretty difficult to understand him. but he has an issue with his headlight frame, is he referring to the headlight bracket for the pop up headlights? i don't want to give him wrong info? thanks foryour help.
