i have a 98q45t on 20's and my rim rubed through the strut and ntb said it was cause the outer tierod ends are worn out. so i got some moog tierod ends and a new front strut on order

What i was wanting to know has anyone else run into this problem.

it all started when a hit a bumb in the road and ever time i turned left you could hear the drivers side rim rubbing against the strut. Should i take then rims back to were i bought them and get a better off set or get them to put spacers on

also i wanna do the 1" drop springs would that cause my front camber to go more negative????? maybe even rub the front strut?

You could also post this question in the VIP section of the forum. Those guys mod their vehicles pretty sweet. You may also want include the Rim Specs your using in your question.

You got a very bad fit!!! There are plenty of guys with 20's that never had this type of problem, as well as plenty of us running 19's (I have 06' M45 Sport Enkei Rims that required spacers) with no issues like this.

are you shocks completely worn out? I'd take those back ASAP and if your buying aftermarket brand new rims you can get the exact offset you need to fit properly. Than add KYB SR Specials and the Espelier lower springs, with the correct offset there should be no issues like this...I haven't ever seen someone report this type of issue...while your there I'd get the guy you bought these rims from to pay for the damage.

I specifically avoid running over bums sleeping on the road!
