Help on my 96 240sx plz

Anyone can help me out i replace a new motor into my 96 240sx and the motor come from an 95 240sx but it didn't pass smog because the throtty from the 95 have one sensor and the 96 have two is it because of that not passing smog?? or the wiring i don't know Plz help me out i need to smog my car it have check engine lights too..

take the manifolds from the 96 and slap them onto the 95. Use only the block and head from the 95 and use the sensors and manifolds and stuff from the 96 and call it a day.

Sounds like you had an early model 95 production KA that was still OBD-1. Its gonna take some work but the only way you can prolly get around this is to do what 180fan said, gotta have all those sensors hooked up
