I just picked up a 2007 M35 with tech and journey package.

Can I hook up my ipod to the system?

I can't seem to get it to connect in the Aux mode?

I have an 06 M45 and a fifth generation video ipod. i have the apple cable and have no problems hearing music when the stereo is in "aux". i can even see video when the transmission is in park and my foot is on the brake.

Where did you find you iPod cable? I have been looking for a while and cant find one. Also I did not get the technology package or journey package. Will make a difference?

The cable I use is from Apple. My car has three jacks on the back of the center divider between the front seats. That's where the cables plus in. The other end of the cable connects to the ipod.

If your car doesn't have the jacks, then you might have to get a losing FM transmitter to connect your ipod to the car stereo.

No sure I understand. I have a 2006 M35. Is it possible to get a cable for iPOD that will plug into auxiliary between the seats and enable me to use iPOD in the infinity?

if your car has the jacks, then get the cable, and you will be set.
