I'm still working on this, but thought I'd get some thoughts from others.

Setup:
GT32e top mount
Stock block
JWT ECU for 480cc with Cobra MAF (blow through)
SAFC2 (no settings changed currently)

Drove the car for 3+ hours on a Monday, no problems at all. On the way home on the interstate hit a bump, heard a bolt fall and went into rear tire. No driving problems after that on the rest of the way home, patched the tire.

5 days later went out to wash the car off (had some mud/rain on the drive that Monday). When I cranked it, it was missing at idle and the SAFC2 won't turn on correctly. It is getting power but not turning itself on and when you hit a button the screen comes up weird.

-I took the alternator off thinking it was bad and fried something. But it checked out fine.
-My next experiment is to completely unhook the SAFC2 from the harness and see if it works without it. If so may just leave it off, but was going to use it to fine tune the ECU settings.

Definitely start by removing the SAFC. Hopefully you'll see something in the wiring as you're removing it.

Apparently SAFC2 went bad. Took it out completely from the harness and seems to be running ok now.

Hopefully all is well. Thinking about changing the plugs as well.
