Car: 92' 240 sx with 1jz gte supra engine non vvti

Post

Someone tried to steel my 92' Nissan 240 sx that has a 1jz-gte engine in it(non-vvti) . If anyone could help me, in giving me a diagram of the wiring to make my engine run. There are wires everywhere due to the kids pulling out the wire harness. From the driver side to the passenger side under the dash all my wires are all over the place. I can not go back to the mechanic that built the car. He went out of business. The car will not start but when it does try to start it, it wants to kick over but just goes dead.I hope someone could help me, my engine only has about 55,000 miles and I really want to get it back running. Thanks! Ask me if you need any other or more information.

Dude that's such a open ended question. Your best bet is to buy a wirong specialties harness or get a schematic for your specific harness do you even know whoch harness you have? There's about 7 diff variations of the 1jz and harness. Look on your ecu it will tell you everything you need to know and research is. Its gonna be pretty hard for someone to tell you what wires go where when we dont even know what wires your talking about. Save yourself a headache and just buy a wirong specialties harness.

Since you didnt do the build yourself your gonna do 10x the work tracing down what the mechanic did.

Good luck... s*** people deserve s*** things to happen. They'll get karma and they deserve it all

Thanks. I figured its going to be a huge deal. I'll try to take a picture of how it looks and get all the ecu information. I think the mechanic made a custom harness. It def doesnt look like a normal harness its all taped up. But I'll try to post in a few days.

Do yourself a favor and juat buy a wiring specialties harness. Its well worth the month. Every plug is brand new and best of all no miles of tape
