I didn't noticed until yesterday. My friend have 04 g35 sedan.

I ride with him yesterday, and I find out that my car is really noisy.

**not engine noise. I love its sound. but I think it is from wheels. I can hear the wheel is spinning.. or maybe from brakes.. I really don't know. But It is noisy compared to other g35.. What is wrong??..

Should I go to dealorshop and ask them? how much money it will cost to fix it??

I'm really broke since I got window tinting and nismo CAI recently.

guys help me out !! thx.

Maybe you are hearing road noise from the tires. Kind of hard to tell what kind of sound based on your explanation. If it is the just the road noise, maybe you front tires are feathering like most 350z/G35's.

When was the last time the brakes were serviced? Have them checked out. If its what I think it is and it is th brakes, you're looking at $500+. If I know what it is, you'll need to replace all the pads and rotors.

I gave my opinion in the Engine area (1st place I saw this). It could be the brakes, but a better explanation of the noise is needed. Is it a continuous noise or does it only squeak in one spot of the wheel so that as you go faster, it squeaks faster?

. . . it could just be noisy tires? I had a set of Fulda Extremo's on my Camaro and they were obnoxiously loud.

Explain the noise.

Squeaking, squealing, rattling, vibration.

Squeaking is usually brakes or a bearing

Squealing is usually a belt

Rattling could be the clutch/flywheel if applicable

Vibration could be the tires.

I think i know what it is... I think i had the same problem on my Lexus.

if you have had your brakes done and they were not installed properly then a part of the pad will always be in contact with the rotor! makes kinda like a lite grinding noise. Maybe even a squeaking and it will in crease as you go faster.

Is that what it sounds like...

If so you might need new pads and install them using brake lube. lack of the brake lube is the main problem as when the pistons retract the pads never slide back and a portion of the pad always touches the rotor... very very slight ccccccccrrrrhhhhaaaa sound lol

It only squeak in one spot of the wheel.. I think..

You can hear clear when you go about 40~50 mph.

it sounds like.. 'wing wing wing wing'

AND I just replaced all my brakes.. and it has been more than about 3500 miles..

these info's u helped? I didn't hear it from 350Z.. just my car.. hmm

Yeah, I would bet money that its the brakes. I use a SUV for winter driving and the one I picked up this past winter made a squeaking noise. Took it in to have it looked at, all 4 brakes and rotors were completely dead. Had to replace them all and the noise went away. I would say go have your brakes looked at.

The Pads need to be re lubed! The pins that hold the pads in place where never lubed correctly.

Take it back to where you had it done!

There could be a lot more going on than just brake lube. If it's a repetitious sound instead of an increasing pitch sound, then the rotor may be warped among other things.

'wing wing wing wing' doesn't really describe anything other than the repetition.
