help no start

sup fellas hay i had my car running perfect now to day i started her up she idled fine for5 min the bogged out and died ..i habe replaced timing belt ,cas and the exhaust cam . after that work she was running mint now she died wtf any suggestions please get at me thanks

does it crank at all? are you getting fuel and spark? codes?

check your plugs.

sounds like an issue going into closed loop

Yes it is turning over an there is spark the flubs are wet from trying to start it so much what's closed loop?

Did you check for spark on all of the plugs? Usually if they are wet, they won't fire. Have you checked for codes? What about timing? Maybe the timing belt jumped.

ya im thinking the tensioner might have be junk and yes i a good spark even getten when there soaked i cheaked all four i dried and cleaned them nothling tho. im pulling the b cover and all that good stuff tuesday and cheaking the the codes. so my moneys on the tensioner and the tb probly junk now fml

Ook guys I have code 55 everythings good there .. I cheaked timming it's dead on soo any idears I stumped

when you turn the key over do you hear the fuel pump come on?

it could have died all of a sudden

Yeah, check your fuel pump/ fuel rail pressure. Also check your intake. make sure you didn't leave a rag or something in there. if you have fuel, air and spark it should at least making poping sounds like its start to catch even if the timing is off.

Fuel pump is turning on and no rags in the intake lol and it is making a popping noise when I'm cranking it over I am gettn fuel and spark

You checked the cam timing, or the ignition timing?

cam timing the belt is dead nuts every things lined up .i recently put my oem exhaust back on my be too much back pressure = to s*** rings idk im guessing now im outa idears ..

you may have a wicked vac leak or dead maf.

both would result in the issues you describe.

unplug the maf and try and fire it up.

might try a different CAS......

I would swap plugs or atleast clean all of them. what is the status of your ignitor?

i cheaked all vac line all 100% maf i tryed unplugging and starting already nothing still and i am getting spark on all the cylinders good spark to cas i have 2 that are good tryed em and nothing...

ok so further diag im not getting fuel what so ever. the injectors are not firering i have voltage threw harness when tryn to crank it and i figured it was not getting a signal from ecu so i replaced ecu still not getting fuel ???injector has 2ohms and do squirt gas out when i hook up power to them i need help lol

ps i dont have an injector resistor???? does it matter im running a mines tuned ecu....

yeah you still need the dropping resistor...dont matter what ecu you are running.
