HELP! No power when key is at acc, on and start!

Everything was running good until I turned off the car and decided to uninstall my greddy turbo timer so i can put in a newer version. I also took off my apexi afc. When I finished, I tried to start the car but it wouldn't start. Nothing happens when I turn to acc and on to start. I checked the wires that connected to the ignition with a volt meter and no power. If i leave the key in the ignition and leave the door open, the chime goes off. My dash lights up and i see the clock working. Fuel pump does even come on when i the key to on. I checked the fuses to see if any are bad but none are bad. I even switched out relays by the fuse box and the ones in the engine bay. I really need help here because I'm selling my car and i'm pretty sure no one would want to buy it if it doesn't work. thanks in advance

Probably when you took off the turbo timer, you mixed up the ignition wires, actually, that's the only thing that could be wrong with it.
